M. Frances McCracken, was admitted to the Colorado Bar Association in 1988 after graduating from the University of Colorado School of Law. 

Following law school, Ms. McCracken practiced with the Grand Junction law firm of Elder & Phillips, P.C. for fourteen years, where she was a shareholder.  Her practice focused primarily on workers’ compensation, social security and insurance defense.  She has litigated cases in the Colorado state and county courts, the U.S. District Court, the Colorado Division of Administrative Hearings and the Social Security Administration Office of Hearings and Appeals. 

Ms. McCracken is a member of the American, Colorado and Denver Bar Associations.
