Holly M. Barrett graduated from the University of Colorado, Boulder in 1996 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration.  She obtained her juris doctor degree from Creighton University School of Law in Omaha, Nebraska in 2000, where she graduated cum laude.

Ms. Barrett returned to her home state of Colorado after practicing law for 4 years in Gillette, Wyoming, where her practice consisted of representing the Wyoming Workers’ Safety and Compensation Division and Claimants in workers’ compensation cases as well as practicing general civil litigation.  Her current practice consists of representing employers and insurance carriers in defense of workers’ compensation cases.

Ms. Barrett is admitted to the state bars of Colorado and Wyoming.
