Erica A. Weber obtained her undergraduate degree from Lawrence University in Appleton, Wisconsin in 1990 and her juris doctor degree from Marquette Law School in 1996.

Prior to joining Clifton, Mueller & Bovarnick, she litigated employment and insurance defense cases for a local governmental entity, Regional Transportation District, as in house counsel.  Her current practice focuses on defense of employers in employment cases, defense of employers and insurance carriers in workers' compensation cases, as well as defending motor vehicle accident cases.  She also litigates subrogation claims on behalf of insurers.

Ms. Weber is admitted to the state bars of Colorado and Wisconsin, as well as the U.S. District Court and Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.
